Tip of the Day

I have found that I am most consistent with walking. I can walk my dog, walk with a buddy, walk by myself. Walk to somewhere, walk around a store, or the mall. Walk in place while watching a movie. Walk in place while reading a book. Walk in place while brushing my teeth. Walk in good weather, bad weather....I have walked my way to 120 lbs over the course of a year. And I am going to keep walking so I don't refind the weight I lost :)
